8-Week Mother Empowerment Cohort
The Osborne Foundation's 8-Week Mother Empowerment Cohort brings together legal-resource education, educational advancement, family stability, restorative justice, mentoring, and community resources in one structured program.
Support centered on each mother's goals
This program is designed to help eligible single mothers identify barriers, connect with resources, establish goals, and create a practical pathway toward a stronger future.
The program serves eligible single mothers in Birmingham, Jefferson County, surrounding communities, and other communities served by The Osborne Foundation.
